Store Manager, Bella Ella Boutique.
Bella Ella Boutique is currently hiring for a Management position to Manage one of it’s busiest stores. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a fast growing women’s fashion company in Utah.
Overall job functions include:
*Maximize & Drive sales to increase profitability
*Lead, Manage & Organize the store according to Bella Ella Boutique policies & expectations
*Act as the manager on duty and support employees as the leader in job function
*Enable employees to become more able and apt to perform necessary job functions
Job Responsibilities will include:
*Recruit and train staff as necessary
*Report to management progress or issues with staff
*Develop action plans for growth and development of staff
*Maintain positive employee morale through strong interpersonal interaction
*Maintain displays, inventory, and look of the Boutique
*Oversee the regular maintenance of all areas of the Boutique
*Follow up on promotional campaigns and suggest new activities to increase sales
*Perform cash handling functions, including bank deposits
*Establish and monitor employee level sales goals
*Have a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and handle diverse situations & people
*Create schedules for employees
To apply for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
*High School graduate or equivalent
*Prefer 2+ years of retail management experience
*Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
*Able to stand for long periods of time and carry items
*Provide exceptional customer service
*Demonstrate a management perspective through a balance of delegation and action
*Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactically with employees and management
*Basic computer skills including browser navigation, software use, and conducting sales
*Limited travel for meetings and training

Compensation includes a base wage plus commission pay plan, paid holidays and flexible use paid time off.
