You have 30 days to decide if you love it. If not, you may exchange, or return, your item for a full refund to your original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. No exchanges or returns on earrings, as-is, or final sale items.
What Do We Accept as Returns?
Your items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition to be eligible for a return. We will not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, as-is items, or items marked as final sale. These items will be clearly marked at the time of sale. You must contact us via phone, or email, within 30 days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender, COD.
How to Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online:
1. Call or email us to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. If exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return.
3. Include a copy of your invoice in your return, and ship to:

4. You are responsible for return shipping, unless your order was shipped with incorrect, or defective, merchandise. You may ship your order back using the shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a service that will provide tracking information.
5. Once we receive your return, we will process your items as fast as possible. You will receive an email notification when your return has completed processing.
6. If an item is being exchanged, we will contact you to verify the items being sent back to you.
7. Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment. Although we process these transactions ASAP, it may take 1-2 weeks for them to show up on your statement.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
You may bring your in-store purchase back to any one of our retail locations within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. Refunds are provided to the original form of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached.
Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges. You may provide purchase verification in the form of a paper receipt, an emailed receipt, or by locating your purchase in your customer profile, if you provided your information at the time of purchase.
We will not exchange or refund earrings, as-is, or final sale items.
Items with manufacturer defects may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
If you purchased an item online, you may exchange or return the items in any one of our retail locations. Bring your items, and a copy of your invoice, to any one of our retail locations. Items purchased online using Amazon Pay, or Paypal, can be returned in store, but refunds will be offered as store credit. If you prefer to receive a refund to your original form of payment, additional processing time will apply.
Unless specifically stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes to purchase merchandise. Coupon codes do not apply to sale items, unless specifically stated otherwise. If you have been provided a coupon code as a store credit, you may use it in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
All domestic orders ship free, regardless of the number or size of items. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped anywhere in the United States. Orders to Canada will incur a shipping charge of $15.00. All other destinations please contact us prior to ordering.
Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.
We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States, you may select the option to pay an additional $1.49 at checkout to have your order expedited. Free shipping (5-6 business days), or expedited shipping (2-3 business days). Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed. Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We process and ship your order within 24 hours. Shipping delays, although infrequent, may delay your order. If you would like other shipping options, please contact us prior to ordering. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request.
