Bella Ella Boutique is currently hiring for a Management position in Utah County to manage online customer service activities. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a fast growing women’s fashion company in Utah.

Overall job functions include:
* Manage Online Customer Service Team
*Coordinate with Marketing Team to manage deals and promotions
*Manage fulfillment of all online sales
*Report to ownership regularly regarding quality of service & standard performance metrics

Job Responsibilities will include:
*Recruit and train staff as necessary
*Report to management with progress or issues with staff
*Develop action plans for growth and development of staff
*Maintain positive employee morale through strong interpersonal interaction
*Work to maximize efficiency of assigned staff
*Provide excellent customer service throughout all customer interactions
*Evaluate current process and implement new strategies for increase efficiency
*Maintain a system of organization throughout warehouse workspace
*Present new ways to increase online traffic and sales
*Have a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and handle diverse situations & people

To apply for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
*High School graduate or equivalent
*Prefer 2+ years of excellent customer service experience
*Provide exceptional customer service
*Demonstrate a management perspective through a balance of delegation and action
*Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactically with employees and management
*Basic computer skills including browser navigation, software use
*Limited travel for meetings and trainings
*Flexible schedule
