Looking to break into fashion marketing? We’re looking for a quick learner who can come on and help manage Bella Ella’s various social media and email campaigns. We’ll give you learning resources, a supportive team, and ample opportunities to grow, be promoted, and receive pay raises. You’ll give us a great performance in helping us revamp and improve our social media and email efforts!
The Marketing Assistant will work as part of a five-person Marketing team. Their efforts will mostly be focused on maintaining a social media, e-mail, and website presence, but the job will evolve to the degree that the Assistant learns and grows. We’re looking for someone who is interested in a long-term working relationship (at least a year, hopefully); pay and responsibilities will increase according to the Assistant’s job performance.
Overall job functions include:
-Manage day-to-day social media functions using Later.com: respond to social comments, schedule daily posts, work with Marketing Team to develop social media strategy.
-Work with rest of Marketing Team to develop ideas for social and email content campaigns.
-Using MailChimp (email marketing platform will likely change in the near future), work to revamp email marketing processes. Create an email automation strategy, as well as an email campaign schedule.
-Recent marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
-Track record of enthusiastically seeking out and adding new skills (e.g. graphic design, marketing analytics & tools, social media account management, etc.).
-Responsible and dependable individual.
-Strong interest in marketing content creation (e.g. creating website/social graphic images, taking interesting pictures in settings besides professional modeling shoots, monitoring competitors’ accounts to brainstorm new content ideas).
-Ability to think independently and find ways to help without necessarily being given a list of tasks.
