Where do I enter my promo code? Promo codes can be entered on the checkout page. On mobile, they display right under the credit card payment box. On desktop, they display to the left of the bottom of the credit card payment box.
Is there a difference between a gift card and online credit? Can I use my gift card online? Can I use my online credit in stores? Gift cards are purchased in stores and are used in stores. If you have a gift card that you’d like to use online, please contact us at (800) 803-0878 or email@example.com. Online credit is purchased online. If you have online credit that you’d like to use in stores, please contact us first at (800) 803-0878 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I use my online gift card? Can I use it more than once? Online credit is purchased on the website. After purchasing, you will receive a code via email and can use your credit immediately by entering the code into our promo code box on the Checkout Page. Online credits may be used across multiple transactions until credit reaches zero.
When will my order ship? How do I know when it has shipped? Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours, after which you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking information.
Why hasn’t my order shipped? When errors occur in address & billing information, we need to call and verify your information before shipments can be processed. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation email or a call from us within 48 business hours of your placed order, call us at (800) 803-0878.
Do you ship internationally? At this time, our only international shipments are to Canada.

Issues With Items/Returns
My item arrived and it was defective and/or damaged. Is it possible to get my money back? How? If you receive a product that is in any way damaged, it is possible to get your money back. To do so, please provide us with the following information:
- Order # (you can find this on your email receipt).
- Name of the product (you can also find this on your email receipt).
- First and last name on the order.
- An image of the damaged product (emailed to email@example.com).
I think my package was lost or stolen; what do I do? Bella Ella Boutique is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping. HOWEVER, we will do everything we can to help you get your package! - Be unworn and unwashed.
- Be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

An item I love is out of stock. Can I request it to come back into stock? In order to continuously provide you with new items at great prices, we have a large amount of inventory variety and are constantly selling out of products and replacing them with new products. Because of this variety, products marked “out of stock” generally will not be restocked.
